We have no minimum order amount.
We do, however, require that you provide a resale number to qualify for wholesale prices.

Most products are shipped within 1 business day.
During busy periods, however, it can take up to 3 days for a shipment to leave the building.
We do offer an option to upgrade the handling of your order, which will ensure it is shipped on the same or next day of receipt, depending on the time the order is received.
The cost for this is $35 per order.
If you select this option your order will be processed ahead of regular orders.
Please note this does not upgrade the shipping method.
US. domestic orders over $500 are shipped for FREE.
Canadian orders over $1000 ship free by Priority International Postal Service.
We ship from Florida, 32141. UPS Ground shipping is between 1 and 6 days delivery.

Priority Mail is not guaranteed but should take 1 - 3 business days.
Parcel Post is estimated at 5 - 14 days but can take up to 21 days.
Arana Companion currently exports wholesale orders to Australia, Europe and Pacific locations.
International Orders over $1000 ship free by Priority International Postal Service.
We are small business and require payments in advance by Paypal.
Domestic Return Policy
Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items.
You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS.
International Return Policy
Your order is guaranteed to arrive damage free.
Please contact us for return authorization or authorization to dispose of damaged items within 15 days of delivery. Please do not ship back to us without authorization.
All products can be returned within 30 days.
We have many satisfied international buyers and we will work with you to determine the best way to import into your country. Please don't hesitate to contact us before or after you place an order and we will be more than willing to discuss your particular shipping situation.
